Michelle Hackett worked with me at Macomb Community College as a co-worker teaching the
introduction of AutoCAD to a variety of student programs. Our students were successful with the course because we cared about their learning experiences.
We had the opportunity to use the outcomes and objectives outlined in the program to develop our
own assessments that aligned with those outcomes. The students were always excited about the
projects that Michelle developed and would often come to me to show me the end results for their
established portfolios. They talked about her continuous support helping them throughout the
course
